This year’s Doctor Who Christmas episode just got a title: Last Christmas.
The special episode, starring Peter Capaldi, Jenna Louise Coleman and Nick Frost as Santa Claus, will have the Doctor and Clara trapped at an Arctic base with terrifying slimy-looking creatures.
The title of the DW episode just fueled even more the rumours of Coleman’s eminent departure, but would they really just lay it all in the title?! I’m torned, I’m liking Clara this season (though I still have the last 2 episodes to go), but I think the show is in dire need of some fresh blood, and if it’s a male companion, all the better.
My Tiny Obsessions 
If she leaves at Christmas or halfway through the next season, it will still be their “Last Christmas.” I wouldn’t read too much into it… Moffat has never been that obvious.
