Jace Wayland has been cast! Dominic Sherwood was announced today as the leading man of the new ABC Family show based on The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare.
I for one think this might be brilliant. I am not familiar with Dominic’s acting, he was on The Vampire Academy and on Taylor Swift’s video Style, but there’s no denying that the man is gorgeous. And he’s british, so another point for him.
I am curious though as to the eyes… Dominic certainly has amazing and unique eyes (he has heterochromia), but Jace’s eyes are gold… so, I’ll be waiting to see how they decide to manage that (I’m fine with either of the options – real eyes vs. contacts).
