I woke up to this announcement by TVLine: Sleepy Hollow and Bones are planning a crossover for Spring.
WHAT THE HELL PEOPLE?! Is FOX that desperate?! From all the shows they could have picked, these 2 share nothing, those two universes are miles and miles away… I don’t get it, seriously, what are they thinking?
The only remote way this could work is if it’s somehow in a parallel universe of some kind, or a dream sequence, or if THE ACTORS from Sleepy play themselves in Bones… I don’t know, this seems like a mess already, a disaster waiting to happen. Get your head together FOX executives, please!

I love both of these shows, but I agree. I don’t see how a crossover is going to work.
I love Sleepy, and followed Bones for many years (not so much now), but I can’t see it. don’t know how they’ll pull it off…

yeah, sure, me too. As I said, I don’t think it can work with the both universes as they are, either one of them changes for some reason, or the actors who play ichabod and abbie appear on bones, or something like The French Mistake of Supernatural (have you seen that episode?)
Yes, I’ve seen that episode. That could definitely be a possible solution.

They’re just incompatible shows, there’s no way you could join them.
like I said before, I can only see it if it’s outside the reality of one of the shows, either a parallel reality, dream sequence, real-life actor, etc… any other way, i honestly don’t think it’s possible…
