I haven’t read any of these but I also had no idea it was National Dog Day until about two hours ago. My dog lots of petting and treats when I found out…so basically it’s like every other day.
I would submit Lily and the Octopus by Steven Rowley for inclusion to this list. Mostly because it is about a dog, and…THE DOG TALKS! 🙂
