Nicholas Arthur Frederick Edward Pembrook, Crowned Prince of Wessco, a.k.a. “His Royal Hotness,” is wickedly charming, devastatingly handsome, and unabashedly arrogant ― hard not to be when people are constantly bowing down to you.
Then, one snowy night in Manhattan, the prince meets a dark haired beauty who doesn’t bow down. Instead, she throws a pie in his face.
Nicholas wants to find out if she tastes as good as her pie, and this heir apparent is used to getting what he wants.
Dating a prince isn’t what waitress Olivia Hammond ever imagined it would be.
There’s a disapproving queen, a wildly inappropriate spare heir, relentless paparazzi, and brutal public scrutiny. While they’ve traded in horse drawn carriages for Rolls Royces and haven’t chopped anyone’s head off lately, the royals are far from accepting of this commoner.
But to Olivia ― Nicholas is worth it.
Nicholas grew up with the whole world watching, and now Marriage Watch is in full force. In the end, Nicholas has to decide who he is and, more importantly, who he wants to be: a King…or the man who gets to love Olivia forever.
Guys!!! Guys!!! THIS FREAKING BOOK IS AMAZING!!!!
Let me take a few things out of the way, ok?! Yeah, this book is a huge cliché! The glorious Prince falling in love with a commoner, yep, cliché. Did it make this book any less amazing? Nope, it didn’t. This book made me feel good! And I loved the narration, and that made it very worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given it.

The writing was amazing, the dual POV worked liked a wonder, possible because the MCs were as different as they could be, with Olivia being from NY and a commoner and Nicholas belonging to Royalty and having that amazingly sexy accent… Seriously people, the audiobook was amazing and that accent… *sigh*
I loved Nicholas and Olivia right from the start, and yes, Nicholas has some asshole-ish moments, but not many, and the way he treats and cares for Olivia is evident in everything he does. Olivia is just the best! She’s strong and determined and is willing to do anything for the people she loves.

Apart from absolutely loving the two main characters, I loved all the side characters too. Henry, Nicholas’ brother, is a hoot and I can’t wait for his book. And Olivia’s sister? She’s hilarious. The thing was, they felt like real people, like they weren’t just there for the sake of it. I wanted to know more about all of them, and I can’t wait to do just that, read about Henry, and find out if book 3 features Logan or Tommy, because I’m fine with either one.
The romance was so damn sweet! ❤ ❤ ❤ I just loved these two together and how they respected each other and talked and… it was just very well done, because even with Nicholas being filthy rich and in a position of much more power than Olivia, I always felt that they were totally equal, and I think that’s a hard thing to achieve in this kind of romance.

Either way, I loved it. I loved everything about it. It was exactly the romance I needed. So go read it too! Or listen to it, because that boy narrating has the sexiest voice ever… maybe? 😛
