Yesterday I posted the 17 standalones that I will make an effort to actually read in this next year of 2017, but here I’m gonna show you 12 series that I want to at least start during 2017, and ideally completely read – though I can’t promise that, because if I end up not liking it, I will forget the series for sure.
1. Firebird by Claudia Gray
2. The Legal Briefs by Emma Chase
2. The Royals by Erin Watt
4. The Grisha by Leigh Bardugo
5. Losing it by Cora Carmack
6. Red Rising by Pierce Brown
7. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
8. The Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater
9. Hudson Valley by Alice Clayton
10. Addicted by Krista Ritchie & Becca Ritchie
11. Starbound by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner
12. Hearts by Claire Contreras
Grisha, Red Rising and Six of Crows are on my list, too…I hope I can start them next year!
I wish you a good year 2017!
Happy 2017, and lets hope that we both can get to those series 😉
A Thousand Pieces of You is amazing! I still need to read the last book though!
🙂 I’ve heard great things about this series
The Raven Cycle and the These Broken Stars trilogy are fantastic!! I’ve also heard really great things about the Six of Crows duology, but I haven’t read it yet.
Happy New Year! 🙂
Happy New Year 😀
The Losing It series is super cute – I really liked it. I hope you do too! 😀 The Addicted series however I wasn’t a fan of – I hope you like it though! I’d definitely like to compare notes after you read it!
I’ve actually heard great things about The Addicted series, I hope I enjoy it 🙂
Well, you know how I feel about Red Rising … and The Raven Cylce … and Six of Crows. Weirdly I have no desire to read the Grisha books. And I am excited to read A Million Worlds With You soon, however, I am going to riot if anything happens to my Theo.
nothing will happen to you Theo… I hope :P. Grisha is the one I’m less excited about, but I do own the books, so…
Ooooh, I had no idea you already owned them! (Although now that I think about it, I think you’ve told me before) Well, then you should definitely read them.
I got them last Christmas, they look great on my shelf, all colorful and stuff…
They are pretty for sure.
You have so many amazing books on here. 2017 is going to rock! Just make sure on #10 you read the Calloway Sisters with the Addicted series. It’s actually way more books and the series intertwine. It’s best read in order. Oh, and I hope you fall in love with Claire Contreras. She was one of the first NA authors I read.
oh boy, should I read them in order of publication?
I would go to their website. There’s a list. I can’t remember how it goes. Sorry.
thank you, I’ll keep that in mind. I think Goodreads has the right order too 🙂
I really want to start the Firebird trilogy too and their covers are amazing!
From the Grisha trilogy I have read the first and second one, I have to finish it hopefully next year.
I read teh three books from Losing It trilogy, I enjoyed them and they were fun, not the best for me but I think I gave each book 4/5 stars.
I tried to start reading Red Rising but it wasn’t for me, maybe I wasn’t in the right mood so I want to give it a second opportunity.
SIX OF CROWS, loved this book soo much. I still have to read Crooked Kingdom but it will be in my list of ‘TO-READ-ASAP’ for 2017.
I read the fisrt one in the Raven Cycle, and enjoyed it, I would like to re-read it and continue the rest of the series.
I have read other books form Alice Clayton and really enjoyed them but had no idea about those ones.
I think I have only read the first one in the Addicted series, I’m pretty sure I did but I don’t remember a lot more than liking it. But I didn’t continue the series, I think I should.
Starbound has amazing covers as well, I have only read the first one and I enjoyed it.
Kind of a detailed comment I did but well, I hope you read them all in 2017!
Happy 2017, and wow, that’s a lot of info, lol. I do hope all these series are awesome, but if i don’t like the first book, I’ll just drop it, because I decided to not lose time in books I don’t enjoy…
That is a good decision!
I haven’t read any of these series’s yet. Most of them don’t seem like my type.
true, too adult-y 😉
Lol! That’s probably true 🙂
YES TO THE ROYALS TRILOGY AND ADDICTED SERIES! HAHAHA! I hope you’ll love it Cris 😊🙌🏼 I still have to read The Legal Briefs series too
😀 oh, that got me excited!!! I heard mixed things about the addicted series, but I’m confident that I’ll love it.
The Legal Briefs!!! I didn’t care for the first book in the series, but I loved Sustained and Appealed.
that’s good to know, to not get discouraged if I don’t love book 1 😉
