Ringing in the New Year Book Tag (2017 Edition)

Happy New Year!!! In the spirit of the new year of 2017, I’m doing the Ringing in the New Year Book Tag again. If you want to check out the 2016 tag, go here.

The Rules:

  1. Link to the original post (Bookmark Chronicles)
  2. Answer the questions below
  3. Tag 3-5 friends!

Best book/series that you’ve read in 2016

Authors that you’ve recently found and would like to read more of in the new year

Most anticipated book turned movie?

best2016_3I’m not even sure both these movies will be out in 2017 or 2018… and I don’t care! I’m excited for both adaptations of Everything Everything and Simon Vs.

Name a character that you wouldn’t mind sharing a kiss with at midnight (if there is one)

What’s on your TBR for 2017? (Top 5 will suffice if IT’S an extremely long list!)

How many books do you hope to read in 2017?

I’ve read over 200 books this past year, so I’ll aim for 150 on my goodreads challenge? Or do you guys think I should aim higher?

Will you participate in the Goodreads Reading Challenge (or any others)?

I most certainly will. The goodreads is a mandatory one for me, though as you can see above, I’m still not 100% sure on what my number will be. Then I’ll do the 2017 New Adult Reading Challenge created by Cátia @The Girl Who Read Too Much. You can check it out here.

Any New Year’s Resolutions? (bookish and otherwise)

I will leave you a link to my Resolutions blog post, because it just seems silly to repeat myself :P.

Once again, Happy New Year! I hope that 2017 will bring you everything you guys wish for. I will tag whoever wants to do this fun tag ;).
