Book Traveling Thursdays: A Book With a Blue Cover

btt_gold

Hello, welcome back to another Book Traveling 168709Thursdays, which a weekly meme created by Cátia @The Girl Who Read Too Much and Danielle @Danielle’s Book Blog. The goal is to share the covers of a book related to that week’s theme, which you can see at the Goodreads group, indicating the original cover, the one of your country, your favorite and least favorite.

This week’s theme is “Choose a book that has originally a blue cover”. I’m going with Emmy & Oliver by Robin Benway, which I finished recently and really really liked 😀 , and it definitly has a blue cover.

Original COver:

I like this original cover, and how it incorporates the fingerprints and the sea, both important to the story.

COVER FROM MY COUNTRY (PORTUGAL) & COVER FROM THE COUNTRY I LIVE IN (SPAIN):

The book is not out in Portugal or Spain, so no covers yet.

FAVORITE COVER(s):

I like  the original cover, for the reasons mentioned above. I also dig the cover from the Netherlands, because it has pretty huge elements on there, I look at it, and it reminds me of the story. Then there’s the German edition, and I love this one a lot. I like the font, the color, and the little people surfing there.

LEAST FAVORITE COVER(S):

I actually like the French and UK covers, but just not as much as the other ones.

    I really like the cover from Netherlands, so cute. I haven’t read the book, so I don’t know how it works with the story. But it is definitely visually pleasing 🙂
