Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Books I’m Not in the Mood For

ttt

Hello, welcome back to another Tuesday. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is:

Ten Books I Struggled to Get Into But Ended Up Loving or Ten Books That Were A Chore To Get Through or Ten Books I’ve Most Recently Put Down (the theme is…books you had a hard time with…tweak it however you need)

I’ll go a slightly different root… I’m doing 10 books I haven’t picked up, because I’m not in the mood for them, and I really don’t want to put them down. By the way, I’m pretty sure most of these books will be AMAZING, I’m just not really in the mood to pick them up.

This is such a great topic!! I definitely suggest waiting to be in the right mood for THUG and the Night Circus because they’re so amazing and deserve to be loved! I feel the same way about the Claudia Gray books, I know I want to read them at some point but I’m waiting for the right time!

I so agree with you about some of these choices. I find that I have to be in the right mood to read certain books so I know I’ll enjoy them. I never want to feel obliged to read a book. It took me over a year to read Gemina and the wait was so worth it because it was AMAZING!

The only one I’ve read is The Hate U Give and I loved it so, so much. I hope you love it, too. But it’d be horrible to force the reading when you’re not feeling it :/

There are so many books I love here! Ill Give You the Sun, Gemina, The Night Circus and Empire of Storms are all brilliant so I hope you enjoy them when you’re in the mood!
