October Wrap-Up

Another month gone. October was a good month, because I finally had some vacations and went to Greece! I also read some great books, managing to read 15, so not bad at all.

Damn guys, it’s October already. How did this happen? This year is just flying by… oh well. So, this month I did well, I think. I didn’t read as much as last month, but I still took out 12 books of my TBR, even if 2 were novellas and 1 I did not finish. Eheh.

September went by way too fast. I had some great moments with friends and colleagues, and some not so good stuff happening in my family life, but I hope October will be better and will bring better news. On the bright side, I’m going to Greece in just a few days, so YAY!

August Wrap-Up

August already ended… Damn, this year is going by way too fast, and I feel like I haven’t done nothing productive all year. Either way… I managed to read 14 books this month, this has been the number I books I’ve been managing lately, so I’m happy with that. Also, I read some great books, and some not so good.

So… what happened in August?

  • My mom was in Portugal, which means we went to the movies a few times, and my favorite watch was Wind River;

  • The awesomeness of the Caramel Popcorn Frappuccino!

  • Three shades of PINK! I told you last month that I had dyed my hair pink, right? So, the pink started to fade to a baby pink, so yesterday I dyed it again with a darker pink tone, with purple-ish tones.

                             

  • I had my Summer’s work party last weekend, and it was a lot of fun 🙂
  • I finally snagged a copy of Lord of Shadows! Cátia knows how hard that was to find, eheh.

  • And finally… my hair is now PINK!

  • I spent a lot of times with new friends, which was awesome.

April Wrap-Up

Hey guys! Another month has gone by, and this year is just flying by, don’t you think?

April was a bit of a weird month for me. I didn’t read as much as I’m used to, because I started a new job, and for the first 3 weeks of the month I was in training, so that didn’t leave that much time to read. Then I found some time to read while on the job, so I started to balance it better, so I’m hoping I can do better next month.

Either way, this month was also mixed in terms of reading material. I read some great ones, and some shitty ones too. But hey, I read some books that had been on my TBR for a long long time, so that was great.
