Wandering About: Athens and Corinth, October 18th 2017

My mom’s conference ended, and we finally went on a little tour, eheh. We went to Athens, the Acropolis to see the Parthenon, etc, we had lunch at Plaka, and afterwards we headed to Corinth to see the man made canal and the Roman acropolis of Corinth.

Here are some pictures I took at the Athenian Acropolis, where you can see the view from the top, the Parthenon, the temple to the Goddess Athena, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Theatre of Dionysus, Temple of Poseidon:

And here are some photos of Corinth:

I had an awesome time in Greece, and I will gladly come back again, because this is awesome, and the food is to die for.

Wandering About: Vouliagmeni and Athens, October 13th – 17th 2017

On the 13th we made our way to Athens by ferry, and wow, what a bad trip. Super windy and bumpy and it was definitly not an easy crossing. Vouliagmeni is like the French Riviera of the place, so a lot of beaches and so resorts and so on. We stayed at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso, and while I enjoyed it, it had a few issues. I didn’t do much for these days, but check out some pics.

Wandering About: Mykonos, October 11th and 12th 2017

It’s official, I love Mykonos. Yesterday we did nothing except staying on the beach… yeah, tough day. Today, me and my mom went to the island of Delos, an ancient city from a few centuries BC, that housed around 30.000 ppl at some point. Today, it’s an UNESCO site, and it’s not inhabited. Gorgeous though. The boat ride there and back? Not so great. The sea wasn’t cooperating today, ad it was a very rough journey.

It has been months since my last Wandering About post, but I finally had new photos to share with you guys, so here’s a new post! I went to Madeira last weekend with my sister and a couple of friends of ours. Madeira is a Portuguese island and let me tell you guys: it’s gorgeous! Let me show you…

Wandering About: Casablanca (2013/14)

wandering about

Hey! I haven’t done this in awhile, and today’s will be super super fast. For the New Year’s from 2013 to 2014, me and my mom went to Casablanca, Morocco. It was a gorgeous place, and it had probably the best food I’ve ever eaten! It was an amazing place to go, and that I wouldn’t mind going again. I didn’t take much pictures, but here are some so you can have an idea of the architecture of the place.

Have you ever been? Do you want to?

Wandering About: Death Valley, Palm Springs and Calico – USA (2006)

wandering about

Hey guys! Today I’m sharing some photos of a small leg of my trip to the USA in 2006. In my first time in the US, I went to Los Angeles and Las Vegas, with a detour to Palm Springs. After leaving LA we stopped by The Death Valley, and it’s just gorgeous and big!

Then we saw the Badwater Basin.

And the Artist’s Palette, amazing colors!

Then Palm Springs is just an amazing little city, and I loved it there :D. Also, crazy weather we got there! It started hailing when we were shopping in Palm Springs – we were wearing flip-flops…

Finally, when we were on our way to Las Vegas, we stopped near Calico, at an amazing place which I totally forgot what it was called, because it was 10 years ago!!! lol.

I really enjoyed this trip 😉 , I hope you enjoyed the photos too.
