Top Ten Tuesday: REWIND – Books I Had VERY Strong Emotions About (recently)

top 10 tuesday

Hello, welcome back to another Tuesday. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is:

Top Ten Tuesday REWIND — go back and do a topic you missed over the years or recently or a topic you really want to revisit

I went to the spreadsheet and found one topic from 2011 that I wanted to do: #72 – Top Ten Books I Had VERY Strong Emotions About. I’m only showing some more recent reads and only positive emotions… otherwise, this would be hard. All these books got 5 stars from me, because they turned me into an emotional mess.

I’ve read half those but I don’t think I had as strong reactions to some of them as you … like Illuminae … and I also don’t think Isla really fazed me that much. I can’t be sure about that one though. It’s been a while.

YES YES YES to Illuminae ❤ I keep saying this, but I really need to read Lady Midnight ASAP. It's been far too long since I've read something by Cassandra Clare.
I've never heard of Life After Juliet, but I'll have to check it out!

Ugly Love, Lady Midnight and ACOMAF -YESSS. Serious emotional mess for me too! The book hangover for ACOMAF and Lady Midnight is real isn’t it?! I was sat there for days after like ‘I need just a happy book stat’

So many great books on this list. Be proud, I’ve finally finished The Deal and I am hooked to these hockey guys. Garrett had me swooning and I’m trying to guess which guy takes the lead in The Score. Hopefully I’ll be all caught up with this series by the end of the month. 😀
